Ok some thoughts on the event. Prize Money exceeded $33,000.00 not bad at all. The racing was fast paced with many dead close well run races round after round. There were Three perfect packages during the event, typically we see one or two all season long. The track was just dynamite all four days. The weather real cool for end of May, highs in the  60’s the first three days and hit 70 on the final day. We had approximately 860 entries of which 105 were our terrific Junior Dragster racers. We had a lot of race fans especially Friday and Saturday. Save for one oildown we had almost no down time. How about our sponsors, Rudy’s Transportation, Al’s Body Shop and Cut Above Landscapping adding money to the payouts for Pro, Super and Junior Dragster classes. We give a shout out to all my coworkers, management and owners for doing excellent work throughout the entire four day event. Lastly we thank all the support for Mason Dixon Dragway from racers, family and crew members, sponsors and our great race fans….. we can’t do this with all of you! Thanks everyone. See you Saturday at Mason Dixon Dragway!
