This was truly an excellent very well attended final Street Nite event of the 2025 racing season. We started at noon with everyone getting two time shots. We had great weather too, temps in the 50’s as we got underway. Nasty 9’s kicked it off with the 12 entries flying, the index was set at a quickest ever 9.65 ET. In the end in a Camaro final Michelle Plasterer won over Bert Moore. Quick 16 had 27 racers trying to make the fast field that had a 5.22 bump. Low ET by far was Mike Daymude in his Dodge with an outstanding 4.25 @ 166 mph. How about a .96 sixty foot time. Crazy fast for sure. In the final it was Ray Holmes over Mitch Willingham, John Moton and Oral Chambers Sr. were the semi racers. 5.90 Index was won by Jason Neff over Todd Haskell. 6.50 Index was won by Dave Slusher over Shane Fortney. 7.10 Index was won by Kevin Reasbeck over Mike Boyd. Pro was won by Brenton Hill over Nathan Englar who sadly suffered engine damage on the run. Sportsman was won by Mike Cleary over John Welsh. Lastly it was Andy Stief over Mike Donnelly in Drive-in Street. What a great event, we had 175 entries with many race fans on hand too. Everybody was real fast, lots of close racing and many wheel stands too. Gotta mention the excellent annoucing from Steve Dickey also, he always adds a lot to any event he is with us. We had a hard hooking track as always. Just an excellent race.
