Here we go….. the weather was stunning nearly perfect. Each day in the mid 70’s cool evenings great drag racing weather. Let’s thank the 960 drivers / cars that raced the four days, the great amount of race fans especially Friday night and the long day Saturday, our track staff, management and owners that kept the program moving along, our race sponsors and everyone involved in the weekend. Joe Mayne added $100.00 to the Junior Dragsters on Saturday. I got announcer help from Steve Dickey who is so much fun to be around on Saturday and Butch Long and Elmer Wachter who jumped in all four days, thanks guys. There was so much crazy good racing all four days. Everyone was tough. We had a number of racers that race other tracks that chose to be here with us this holiday weekend. We thank all of you! Ok, Saturday is Street Nite, Sunday is a Test & Tune. See you Mason Dixon Dragway this weekend!
