This was to be our third Street Nite event of 2025 race season. Once again the weather played into this event. We got underway right at 3 pm under cloudy and humid weather conditions but at least dry. All the racers got two qualifying passes in and just as we were ready to load the lanes it rained. With a warm track we got everything close to be race ready but sure enough another pretty good shower got us again. One more time our dedicated staff got on the drying process but despite the effort we just couldn’t get the track race ready. We then canceled the event at about 7:30 pm. Here’s what did get done, Quick 16 had 22 entries with the bump spot at 5.65. The Nasty 9’s had 9 entries and they set the index at 9.85 for the 1/4 mile. Total car count was over 100 cars. We do want to thank all that did show up, racers and their crew and family members, race fans, all our track sponsors and our excellent Mason Dixon staff / management team. Oh thanks also goes out to Steve Dickey who helped with the announcing today, he’s really good too! Ok Test & Tune on Friday and Saturday and Sunday are SBRA races.
