Saturday. –  March 29th

This was a terrific event featuring a diesel truck show and race plus a Test & Tune event for our regular racers. First a huge thanks to Mason Dixon Diesel of Clear Spring Md for organizing, promoting and running the truck show portion of the event. We had great participation from the many diesel truck fans checking out the show trucks and the drag race action. We also ran a Gamblers race that paid $500.00 to the winner. In the final Jason Burrier a Matco Tool dealer and track sponsor won out over Jason Smith in the final. The diesel trucks mostly did test & tune passes and grudge racing, the trucks ran well with minimal breakage or down time. A big thanks to all that participated, what a great event. We got done about 3:40 pm.
Sunday. – March 30th
This was strictly a Test & Tune event with moderate amount of racers and race fans. We had several Junior Dragsters running all day long. Cassidy Fields in her second year driving cut a dead perfect .0000 light and also managed to crack into the 12’s on her last pass. Once again we ran a Gamblers race $500.00  to the winner. This time Brad Doss won out over Dan Hoyler. Another good event. We finished up  about 3:45 pm.
Thoughts on the event. I’ll make it short.
The time flew by, a great hard hooking track, lots fans and racers, plenty of show trucks and just an overall fun event for sure. Thank you Mason Dixon Diesel and everyone that supported the event. Lastly a big shout out to our hard working and talented Mason Dixon track staff. Well done everyone! This coming weekend features Test  & Tune events Saturday and Sunday. See you at Mason Dixon Dragway real soon!
