Saturday — Sept 28th
Yes rain was all around us but at the track it was mainly just partly cloudy with a light breeze. We did have some track drying as rain had come through the area around 6 am. We got going with 14 Junior Dragsters taking the track at 10:40 am. In the final Braelin Bowie took the win over points leader Cole Rudy. Now the big cars were next. In Pro it was Chris Crawford winning over Britt Olson, the semi racers were Taylor Everson and Wayne Skelly. How about the great effort from Taylor Everson, she went 5 rounds one race was she .000 on the tree, this was her best effort in the really tough Pro class category. Nice Work Taylor! In Super Randy Krause in his SW dragster won over Delbert Baldwin, Travis Hill took third place. Lastly the Outlaw Pontiac group had 17 entries on their next to last race of the year it was Wayne Skelly winning over Lester Holtzapple. Rodney Eichelberger and Mike Clay were the semi racers. We finished up at 6:30 pm. We had 145 entries today, not bad considering it rained all round us til mid day in many locations.
